Privacy Policy

Wok Tribunal ("the App", "we") is a single-player motion-cooking game. This policy is short because the truthful answer is short: the App collects no data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no server of ours that receives anything from your device.

1. Data we collect: none

The App has no sign-up and no login. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, identifiers, usage statistics, or any other personal data. The App's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected", and this policy is the long-form version of that label.

2. Everything stays on your device

Your progress — dishes cooked, verdicts, collections, certificates — is stored locally on your iPhone. It is included in your normal device backup (iCloud or computer), which is managed by Apple under your Apple ID; we cannot access it.

3. Device permissions (all optional, all on-device)

• Motion. Wok tosses are read from the device's motion sensors while you cook. Readings are processed in memory to score your technique and are not stored as raw data or transmitted.
• Camera (opt-in, off by default). The reaction camera can snap your expression at the verdict and lets you cover the lens to smother a fire. Frames stay in memory; a photo is saved only if you choose to keep it, and only to your device. Nothing is uploaded, and no third-party analysis SDK is used. Face processing (the "composure index") happens entirely on-device via Apple's Vision framework and produces only a number.
• Microphone. Blowing (to cool noodles or fan flames) uses a live loudness reading only. No audio is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
• Location (single fix, only when you ask). Pilgrimage stamps use one location fix when you actively check in at a dish's birthplace. The App keeps the stamp, not your coordinates history. No background location, ever.
• Photo library (add-only). Saving a verdict card writes the image to your library. The App cannot read your library.

Every permission is optional: decline any of them and the App offers a touch-based fallback.

4. Purchases and Game Center

The one-time unlock is processed by Apple (StoreKit). We never see your payment details. If you sign in to Game Center, leaderboards and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy; playing without Game Center works fully.

5. Shared verdict links

"Share as link" encodes your verdict inside the link itself. When someone opens it, the page at woktribunal.app decodes it entirely in their browser — the verdict data is never sent to, or stored on, any server. Our web host serves the static page and, like any web server, may process standard access logs (IP address, user agent) for security; we do not use them to identify anyone.

6. Children

The App collects no data from anyone, including children. Its age rating reflects mild comedic themes (one dish references liqueur), not data practices.

7. Changes

If a future version ever changes any of the above (for example, optional online features), this policy and the App Store privacy label will be updated first, and anything new will be opt-in.

Wok Tribunal(「本 App」)是一款單人體感做菜遊戲。本政策很短,因為誠實的答案本來就短:本 App 不收集任何資料。沒有帳號、沒有分析統計、沒有廣告、沒有追蹤,也沒有任何屬於我們的伺服器會接收你裝置上的任何內容。

1. 我們收集的資料:無

本 App 無需註冊登入。我們不收集你的姓名、電子郵件、通訊錄、識別碼、使用統計或任何其他個人資料。App Store 隱私標籤為「不收集資料」,本政策就是這個標籤的完整版。

2. 一切都留在你的裝置上

你的進度——做過的菜、判決、圖鑑、證書——全部儲存在你的 iPhone 本機,並隨你的正常裝置備份(iCloud 或電腦)一起備份;備份由 Apple 在你的 Apple ID 下管理,我們無法取得。

3. 裝置權限(全部可選、全部僅在裝置上處理)

• 動作感應。顛鍋動作由裝置的動作感應器讀取,僅在記憶體中運算以評分,不儲存原始資料、不傳輸。
• 相機(選擇性開啟,預設關閉)。反應相機可在判決瞬間拍下你的表情,也可用遮鏡頭來滅火。影格只存在記憶體;只有你主動選擇保留時,照片才會存到你的裝置。不上傳、不使用任何第三方分析 SDK。表情處理(「失控指數」)完全於裝置上以 Apple Vision 框架完成,輸出僅為一個數字。
• 麥克風。吹氣(吹涼麵條或搧火)只使用即時響度數值,不錄音、不儲存、不傳輸。
• 定位(單次,僅在你主動使用時)。朝聖蓋印在你主動於菜品發源地打卡時取得一次定位。App 保存的是印章,不是你的座標紀錄。永不背景定位。
• 照片圖庫(僅寫入)。儲存判決卡會把圖片寫入你的圖庫;本 App 無法讀取你的圖庫。

所有權限都是可選的:拒絕任何一項,App 都提供觸控替代方案。

4. 購買與 Game Center

一次性買斷由 Apple(StoreKit)處理,我們不會看到你的付款資料。若你登入 Game Center,排行榜與成就由 Apple 依其隱私政策處理;不登入也可完整遊玩。

5. 判決分享連結

「以連結分享」把判決編碼在連結本身之內。對方開啟時,woktribunal.app 的頁面完全在其瀏覽器內解碼——判決資料不會傳送到任何伺服器,也不會被儲存。網站主機如同任何網頁伺服器,可能基於安全目的處理標準存取紀錄(IP、瀏覽器資訊);我們不會用它識別任何人。

6. 兒童

本 App 不向任何人(包括兒童)收集資料。年齡分級反映的是輕度玩笑題材(有一道菜提及利口酒),與資料處理無關。

7. 變更

若未來版本改變上述任何內容(例如可選的線上功能),會先更新本政策與 App Store 隱私標籤,且任何新功能都是選擇性加入。
